Co-Creation Sessions on Impact and Organisational Practices

On 12 March 2026, the ASSETS project convened two co-creation sessions in collaboration with DOGA and IZTECH, bringing together participants to reflect on impact assessment and organisational practices.

Exploring Impact Through SROI

The first session focused on the Social Return on Investment (SROI) framework, providing a space for participants to collectively explore and prioritise key impact indicators. Discussions highlighted the central role of knowledge and skill transfer, social innovation, and community-based value creation.

Importantly, participants emphasised that impact should not be understood solely through quantitative metrics. Instead, it was framed as a continuous and relational process, shaped by interactions, context, and long-term outcomes.

Reflecting on Working Conditions

The second session turned to organisational practices, with a focus on working conditions within DOGA. Through an open and participatory exchange, participants reviewed a survey tool designed to capture these dynamics.

The discussion helped refine the tool to better reflect the realities of project-based and field-oriented work environments, ensuring that it remains grounded in the lived experiences of those involved.

Supporting More Inclusive Approaches

Together, the sessions contributed to advancing more inclusive, context-sensitive approaches within the ASSETS project—both in how impact is assessed and how organisational practices are understood.
